Speak with Slackjaw to acquire his quest. Ignore the Weepers being held in the enclosed yard outside. As in the previous mission, go up the stairs and go right into Clavering. Otherwise, get in the water and swim to the docks past the bridge. At the end of the bridge, on the right, is a Weeper and some loot, if you want.Take the door further on the right to go to the backyard. Hide Curnow in a dumpster on the other side of the large gate on the right. Outside, stay on the ledge running around the roof.If the place gets put in lockdown before you escape, you can blink all the way downstairs through either side staircase, and then exit the building from the main entrance, which is surprisingly poorly guarded.Return to the meeting chamber, pick up Curnow, and leave through the side window.While the guards search the room, grab Campbell and take him to the interrogation room via the pipes.Quickly close the doors behind you and hide both bodies up on the pipes.He will notice that something is wrong, but he won't have time to spot you. When Campbell and Curnow enter the chamber, use Bend Time, blink behind Curnow, choke him and pick him up, and sleep-dart Campbell.Spill the glasses on the table if you wish, but it won't matter.Purchase Bend Time I, which is essential here.When you're done looting, enter the meeting chamber and get the Rune (6/7) from atop the fireplace.From the library, stay up on the shelves and cross over to the interrogation room, where you can get the Heretic's Brand.In the library on the left are some loot and the info on the Heretic's Brand. Use chandeliers, pipes, and vent shafts to stay up as much as possible, since there are a lot of guards.Blink up the stairs and to the balcony above, and then to the chandelier near the ceiling in the hallway. Take the stairs up into the palace and go left.Once you're out of the kennels, push the eye on the bust and enter Campbell's secret room.This doesn't change your final score, but it makes it harder to get through the kennels as the Overseers will be on high alert. You can also open all the kennels and let the hounds kill the Overseers.If you want to loot, the clue to the secret room's combination is in two places: (1) the book of the Seven Strictures near the door and (2) a note with three of the Strictures in the bunkhouse.There is a lot of loot here, but you can skip the whole section and just get to the door on the other side. In the kennels, stay up on the pipes the entire time.Enter Galvani's offices from the second floor balcony.Follow the vent shaft around the plaza, behind the billboard and to the other side. Go up behind Griff and follow the pipes to the left.G et sleep dartsĀ from the apartment on his right. Buy the Lens Magnification blueprint from Griff.In the apartment where Griff was holed up, get a Bone Charm (2/5).
Save Griff the scavenger from the Bottle Street Gang thugs: wait until they're done intimidating him and then choke them both. Go back to Granny Rags, get your reward Rune (2/7), and her second quest.You may have to wait until they walk away and/or turn their backs to you. There are two citizens on the left who will see the bodies.Be sure to dart them in the right sequence: wait until they're arranged in a line, start with the one in the back, and make your way forward.Make some noise to get the Gentlemen Callers search the place, then sleep-dart them all. Get the Rune (1/7) from the Outsider Shrine (1/1) and speak to Granny Rags to get her quest. Climb up on the right into Granny Rags' apartment.Hang right, go up the stairs, and go right into Clavering Blvd. Go down in the water and up from the banks on the right.Stun the Weeper and get the Bone Charm (1/5). Via the water, go left to the promontory at the end of the bridge.If you hear the guards at right say "do you see him?", you've been detected. The best way to not get detected is to jump in the river straight on.Plant the explosives on the door, hide in the kennel nearby, and run like hell as soon as the bomb goes off. Choke two officers in foyer just before the exit.I have found no way of getting past this room without doing so. Choke three officers in the hallway leading to the exit.A good strategy is to sneak left behind the crates while they're still talking, and then under the catwalk. Walk past the officers in the courtyard.Go left and downstairs to interrogation room. Wait out or choke the guard that's patrolling it. Pickpocket the guard behind the next door to get the Walkway Key. Either do the same for the other two or sneak past them when they look away.
